Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Shipping
Delivery of the goods are worldwide.
Shipping costs (include VAT)
Delivery in Germany
Shipping costs for delivery up to 499g within Germany is 2,95 Euro
The shipment is uninsured.
Shipping costs from 500g and higher, within Germany, is calculated with only 5,95 Euro.
- Insured shipping -
An order with a value of 80,00 Euro or high, the delivery will be free.
Deliveries abroad:
For shipping abroad the following conditions apply:
Shipping costs for delivery up to 499g is 3,80 Euro for international shipping.
The shipment is uninsured.
Insured shipping
Zone 1 12,00 Euro + 0,50 Euro/kg
Zone 2 12,50 Euro + 1,00 Euro/kg
Zone 3 12,50 Euro + 1,00 Euro/kg
Zone 4 29,00 Euro + 3,50 Euro/kg
For shipping to Belgium, we charge a flat rate of 8,50 Euro.
For shipping to France, we charge a flat rate of 10,50 Euro.
For shipping to Switzerland, we charge a flat rate of 15,50 Euro.
For shipping to Luxembourg, we charge a flat rate of 12,90 Euro.
For shipments to non-EU countries, the shipping costs are calculated individually.
Any import duties or similar charges are borne by the receiver of the shipment.
Delivery times
As far as there is no other period specified in the respective offer, the delivery time of shipments in Germany are within 3-5 days, for delivery in foreign countries the delivery time is 5-7 days, after the conclusion of the contract (with advance payment the conclusion of the contract is the payment date).
Please be advised that no deliveries will be made on Sunday and on public holidays. If you have ordered goods with a different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with the receiver. The delivery time in this case is determent after the article with the longest delivery time of your order.
For pickups we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the pick-up date. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

More details about the payment
The invoice amount is to be compensated for payment on account within 14 days.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
